Privacy Policy

• Account details — your email address and, if you provide it, your name. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Subscription data you enter — service names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, and notes.
• Payment proofs — if you upgrade via bank transfer, the receipt you upload (stored privately).
• Bank statement imports — CSV files are parsed entirely in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded to our servers; only the subscriptions you choose to save are stored.

We use your data to provide the service: to show your dashboard, analytics, reminders, and AI insights, and to manage your account and plan. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in Singapore).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Groq — generates AI summaries from a condensed, anonymized view of your subscription totals when you request one.
• Resend — sends renewal reminder emails (if enabled).
• open.er-api.com — public exchange-rate data for currency conversion (no personal data is sent).

Your data is protected by row-level security, so you can only ever access your own records. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Payment proofs are kept in a private storage bucket accessible only via short-lived signed links.

You can edit or delete your subscriptions at any time from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.

Aureon is not intended for anyone under the age of 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
