Refund Policy

We want upgrading to Aureon Pro to feel safe. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work, in plain language.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Aureon Pro at any time. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your data is never deleted when you cancel, your account simply returns to the Free plan.

Monthly plan

Monthly payments are generally not refunded once a billing period has started. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again.

Yearly plan

If you upgrade to the yearly plan and change your mind, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full. After 14 days, yearly payments are generally not refunded for the remainder of the term.

Billing mistakes

Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount? Contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge in full once verified. These refunds are always honoured regardless of the timeframes above.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email zeeqslez@gmail.com from the email address on your Aureon account, with a short note about the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
